BondiDNA / Corporate events & workshops

Your team has the capability. Can they reach it when it counts?

Live, participatory workshops for teams and leaders, exploring the conditions that shape access to clear thinking, constructive conversation and human capability.

A worthwhile team experience should leave more than a good afternoon behind. BondiDNA combines the connection of team building with the substance of meaningful learning. Colleagues share perspectives, develop a common language and leave with practical resources and shared reference points designed for use in everyday work. The ambition is collective value that continues well beyond the event.

01 / A familiar pattern

The capability is present. Access can change.

01

Under pressure.

Capable people can find their best thinking harder to reach when the stakes rise.

02

In the room.

Who is present, and what feels possible to say, can change a conversation.

03

After the event.

A shared experience needs something colleagues can return to when everyday work resumes.

02 / Why BondiDNA

Before asking what people should do, ask what they can reach.

Much performance development begins with skills to learn or behaviours to change. Those matter. BondiDNA begins one step earlier: what shapes our access to the capacities we already have, especially in consequential moments?

Shaped by more than two decades inside corporate life.

BondiDNA was founded by Shiva Movahedi after more than 20 years in strategy and operations at Microsoft, Oracle and Cisco. Close to high-consequence decisions, organisational change and demanding professional relationships, she saw again and again how much depended on people’s ability to draw on capacities they already had. About the founder ↗

Experienced, not just explained.

Participatory workshops that invite people into the conversation: an encounter with the subject, rather than another presentation about it.

Team building with substance.

A chance for colleagues to meet beyond their usual roles, through questions that matter to how they work, relate and decide together.

Something the team can carry forward.

Common language, practical tools and shared reference points colleagues can return to together after the session.

03 / Formats

Three ways to bring people together.

A focused session, a continuing series, or one substantial programme for a significant gathering. Each is designed as a shared experience, not individual learning delivered to a group.

One question. A different conversation.

One private session from the Conditions Series for your team or leadership group, bringing one human question into focus for colleagues to explore together.

3, 6 or 9 sessions · Monthly · Live online

Monthly Beat.

A regular place to return to.

A different 60–90 minute Conditions Session each month, building shared perspectives and connection over time rather than relying on one-off team activities.

Best forTeams building a steady rhythm of meaningful conversation
